Steve Cao is a senior portfolio manager and a lead manager of Aim Developing Markets Fund, Aim Global Aggressive Growth Fund, and Aim International Small Company Fund. He is also co-manager of Aim Asia Pacific Growth Fund and is affiliated with the management of Aim International Growth Fund, Aim V.I. International Growth Fund and Aim International ADR Growth Portfolio.

Mr. Cao began his investment management career in 1993 as an international equity analyst specializing in Asian securities at Boatman's Trust Company. In 1997, he joined Aim and continued as an international equity analyst with focus on Asia (ex-Japan) until assuming his present duties in 1999.

A native of Tianjin, China, Mr. Cao holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Tianjin Foreign Language Institute and a Master of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a CFA charterholder.
