Barrett Sides is a senior portfolio manager and a lead manager of Aim Global Growth Fund, Aim International Growth Fund and Aim V.I. International Growth Fund. He is also affiliated with the management of Aim Asia Pacific Growth Fund and Aim International ADR Growth Portfolio.

Mr. Sides joined Aim in 1990 as a portfolio administrator and was promoted to portfolio manager in 1997. He began his investment career in 1989 as a financial para-planner for Summit Asset Advisors.

Mr. Sides is a native of New Orleans, La. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Bucknell University and a Master of Business Administration degree in international business from the University of St. Thomas.
