Web Site Features

invesconationaltrust.com's purpose is to serve as the primary resource for educational material and reporting for the Institutional Retirement Trust’s Invesco Collective Trust Funds and IBEW-NECA Trust funds.

Our Audiences

invesconationaltrust.com is appropriate for all audiences. We provide a wide variety of reporting and educational material designed to specifically meet the needs of Plan Participants available on our public site.

In addition, we also provide resources tailored to the needs of our institutional clients and their consultants when they log on to the Institutional Advisor Site or the Institutional Client Site on invesconationaltrust.com. Read below to learn more about the variety of features available to each audience.

Public Web Site

The main web site is appropriate for all audiences and has resources designed to specifically meet the needs of Plan Participants in the Invesco Collective Trust Funds. The web site gives investors access to daily fund prices, price history, monthly fund performance, quarterly portfolio holdings, quarterly fund overviews, and fund descriptive information such as objectives, strategies, principle risks of investing, investment processes and manager biographies as well as educational material about the collective trust investment vehicle.

We support the materials distribution needs of third party administrators by providing quarterly Fund Fact Sheets suitable for Plan Participants. Fact Sheets follow the requirements set forth to Plan Sponsors by the Department of Labor. This means that instead of needing to create a custom template in-house, third party administration firms can choose to use our Fact Sheets in their enrollment kits, participants mailings and other Plan needs.

Institutional Advisor Site

In addition to everything available on the public web site, the Institutional Advisor Site also includes sophisticated quarterly fund reports and customized performance history reporting, materials to support sales efforts, participation agreement establishment, legal documents, plan service provider 5500 reporting resources and more.

The Institutional Advisor Site is available to financial consultants, broker/dealers, financial advisors, plan sponsors, retirement plan service providers, Custodians, Invesco employees or other financial intermediaries.

The Institutional Advisor Site is not available to Plan Participants, individual investors or the general public.

Institutional Client Site

In addition to all of the resources available on the public web site and the Institutional Advisor Site, the Institutional Client Site also includes features specifically available to account holders, including access to daily Plan level account activity reporting through Account Access.

The Institutional Client Site is is available to Plan level investors in the Institutional Retirement Trust's Invesco Collective Trust Funds. If you are a Plan Sponsor or other financial intermediary who has one or more accounts with Invesco National Trust Company, or are authorized to do business on those Plans' behalf, or provide financial services for those Plans, then the Institutional Client Site is designed to support your needs.
